Waiter Munir Went out of His Way to Help Me
Munir, convention center waiter, went out of his way to help me. Because of medical condition I am very limited what I can eat and there was a mix up about needing special food for lunch. Munir went way out of his way to help me. He worked with chef/cooks and his superiors to work out something for me. Munir is outstanding, superb customer service and out reach. He even refused a tip. I am so impressed with Munir's service, help, compassion, communication, problem solving. THANK YOU Munir very, very much!!!! THANK YOU

Liked it. But bring "small" car as parking garage is very tight parking and no letters or numbers marked anywhere to help identify where you parked your car. But at least it's free and out of the rain…
