Great Service After the Wild Turkey
Hats off to Marty Svoboda! We had the unfortunate luck to experience a direct hit from a wild turkey that was taking off directly in the path of our RV. The turkey struck the upper nose of the RV, busting the fiberglass. Unfortunately, the turkey was DOA. On the same trip we had mechanical issues with the chassis. We called Rick's, and Marty told us to bring it in, he would take care of everything. And he actually did! Also worked with our insurance company to process the claim. Since we live far away, Nick picked me up at the train station when I came into town to pick up our RV. Where do you find this service? Not in many places. We have always liked Rick's RV, but they always find a new way to impress us. Highly recommended to anyone considering an RV purchase or service. Maybe they should start a consulting business to help other companies improve their customer relations! Thanks to all at Rick's! Especially Marty!
