I bought my Jayco trailer used, but when I got a safety recall from Jayco I contacted Rick's RV & they were fantastic through out the entire process. Dtrantina handled my case from start to finish. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond with additional questions. I would highly recommend this dealership.
Service advisor Diane explained everything that they would do in a clear manner so I understood completely my options. Tech Dwayne performed the necessary repairs flawlessly. Would recommend Rick's RV for their next purchase or service of their RV.
In the past 4 years I have purchased 2 new Jayco Camp Trailers From Ricks RV. Both transactions went very well due to the skill and knowledge of the staff from the salesman to the sales manager. This past June we were at the NASCAR Race in Joliet during the 90mph storm on June 30th. We were unable to reach our camper in time to retract our awning and it was severely damaged. First thing we did on Monday was contact our insurance and of course Marty Svaboda in the service department at Ricks. When we informed the insurance company we were dealing with Ricks they immediately stated that everything would be fine and Ricks was very easy to deal with in these situations. After sending Marty and the insurance company some photos our claim was quickly approved. Marty had to order 2 shipments of parts. The first was delivered on time. Imagine that! The second was delivered on time. Wow! We brought our trailer in and it was fixed exactly on time as Marty said it would be and we picked it up exactly when he said we could. In todays crazy world of impersonal business it is very rare to deal with anyone in any business that actually does what they say they will when they say they will do it. I cannot recommend Ricks RV highly enough. These are great people. Looking forward to purchasing a 5th wheel in the next year or two from our salesman Nick "Robbie" Robertson. No sense going anywhere else except Ricks RV. Thanks again Marty great job!
I own a 2002 Starcraft popup camper. When I needed to replace a bent bed end bar for the king bed, Ann in the Parts Dept researched and ordered the part for me and was very helpful too when I needed product for washing the canvas. Last month Service Rep, Diane Norton and Tech, Nick B were extremely helpful and prompt when I requested replacement of an AC gasket and break away cable 5 days before we were leaving on vacation. You guys are my "go to" people for any of my camping needs. Like other reviews have stated I give the staff at Rick's RV an A+++++.
Diane and Tom provided excellent service to my camper, they were attentive and concerned and all of my service needs were well taken care of. I appreciate the communication and fast service thanks for being such a great place and having great employees.
This is the 3rd camper we have bought new. We have dealt with pushy high pressure sales people before. We were so impressed with this dealership. They never pressured us, were very professional, and matched the lowest camper price (I compared prices online in other states). We have used the service department also. again, so impressed. Not only did they fix all our concerns, but I needed it by a specific date, and Rick the foreman made that happen. What business does that! Not many for sure. Diane in service came out and assisted me in hooking the camper onto the truck, and answered any questions I had. I would recommend this dealership to all.
This young man not only provided us with information on our motorhome but brought it to us as we were unable to get to the dealership. he made sure that our experience with rick's rv was the best. My wife and I would also like to thank Dwayne our service rep for spending over an hour explaining every single toggle, switch, button, door, an everything that made our motorhome run from bumber to bumber thank you Dwayne!! Rick"s RV is by far the best dealership in the State for RV's. We would like to thank the intire staff for a great experience.
Bought our new Jayco Eagle 12UDK from Rick's RV in 1998. Best investment we ever made as a family. Still works like new. Just had the bearings packed for maintenance. Debbie was our service rep and Nick B was our tech. Outstanding service as always!
How do I give A+++ service a better rating? My tongue jack bit the dust just as I was leaving the camp site after a 4-day weekend of camping. I called Rick's RV and explained I needed the jack to get the trailer off my hitch. They took me in when I got back to town. The tongue jack was replaced and I was on my way. I have known Rick since the year he first opened! I have been a repeat customer of his for a reason: NOBODY knows customer service like Rick and every one of his staff...kudos to the BEST!
Diane was great about getting my travel trailer serviced! My travel trailer had roof damage and I was concerned about it being tarped and outside before it was repaired. Fortunately, my travel trailer was put inside right away and the repair was completed in 4 days! Thank you for the continued great service!
I was referred to Bryan by my dealership - Bryan worked hard on finding what tonneau cover would make me happy - Thankfully, we found one that did - I went in, Nick B installed it and explained the features - I also needed to purchase items for my camper, and their knowledge of camping equipment is amazing! I got everything I needed and went on my way - So thankful that it is one-stop shopping when I visit. I will definitely be back again.
We had a warranty issue on our way back from Florida. When we got home we contacted Ricks. Diane was very helpful with the warranty stuff we needed to get taken care of. Very quick response and with the Help from Tom checking everything out. We appreciate the fast response and all the Help with it
My service rep was Diane and my tech was Nick G. Both have been very helpful in the upkeep and repair of my Trailer. They start working on the trailer almost immediately after we bring it in for the appointment and they keep in constant communication as they progress through the work order and give me choices as to how to repair or replace whatever item they are working on. I really appreciate that. We have been going to Ricks for 31 years first with my popup trailer and for the last 14 years with our 25 foot trailer. We are very thankful for all the help we have received from Ricks over these years and for all our great camping fun we have had. Thanks again to the whole staff.
We had Awesome experience there! Me and my husband went there just look around and came out with a New Rv! And everyone was Nice. And I was very Happy with Rick when he explained everything about the Rv and how everything ran!! We would recommend them to our family and friends!! Thank you Joe and Rick!

Diane and Karen, in the service department, helped us decide the best options, for maintenance issues with our 5th wheel Jayco. Nick, the service technician got all the issues fixed and now we are happy campers.
Called before leaving for vacation (cruise) and they set me up for 2 weeks later. Did bearings, brakes, replaced a drain and new set of tires within a couple of days. Thanks Diane, Debbie, Brian, and Paul for good job all around!
