Austin was so wonderful and helpful. During a high stress time he was very empathetic and patient with me and my family. He was always there to answer all my many questions. He responded quickly while we were getting the house prepped for treatment which helped us move along without having to wait to see what we needed to do next. On the day of treatment he showed up on time and gave us updates through out the treatment. He let us know about anything that he had to move or remove from the house and was courteous to move things back that he was able to. I felt completely comfortable leaving him in the house alone and that my belongings would be safe as well. He was flexible with our schedule which can be hectic with 3 school aged kids all in sports. Even after the treatment he continued to promptly return any questions I had. With everything else that was going on during this time it was just really nice to have Austin "hold our hand" and ease some of the stress of this unexpected expense. I would recommend him over and over again. A big THANK YOU Austin!
