Great Sservice and follow-through

Had my daughter take her 2003 Subaru into Jacksons for repair after she backed into a light pole. Damage was on the corner at the rear of car. Jackson's walked her through the complete process of what it would take to make repairs. They helped with the insurance claim and kept her in the loop the entire time they had the car. When she got it back, you could not tell that it been damaged. They take pride in not only the quality of work on the car, but also the quality of the communication during the process.
