I had a leak in my shower and needed the repair done quickly. Eric was a pleasure to deal with. He was great at explaining everything and understood the urgency. He was able to complete the job in a timely fashion and left the workspace very clean. Would definitely recommend.

We called and booked with this company to fix a clogged drain. When they didn't show up we called again and they gave a new 3 hour window. Didn't come again but offered to come the next morning. No thanks. If you can't honour your appts within a six hour window we will use a company that will.

This is the third time we have used Hy-pro for repairs or installation and again, we're very happy with the results. I am installing new toilet but found the water cutoff valve prevented the bowl from being positioned correctly. I called Hy-Pro to see if they could re-postion the water supply pipe. Misharo, the plumber came the same afternoon to fix the problem. He quoted a price for the work and was friendly and efficient and did the job quickly.

Thank you to Hy-Pro and technician, Joseph Knight. Work to fix my (basement) main water shut off valve was completed perfectly and I am so thankful for the expert help I received. Issues arose with trying to work around condo regulations, but this was no fault of the Hy-Pro company or Joseph. Everyone was so patient and this helped me to get the roadblocks cleared so that the work could be done. If anyone has Joseph as their technician, I believe they will be extremely lucky. He is knowledgeable and he works carefully and efficiently. Once finished the work, he leaves the area as clean as when he arrived so there is no mess left behind. I will be passing along the name of this company and technician to anyone I know who requires plumbing help.

We were completely satisfied with the service given to us by Joseph Knight, the Hy-Pro Technician. Joseph was prompt, courteous & professional. When he finished installing our new sump pump (with backup battery) he double checked everything. Joseph also explained how the new pump worked & patiently answered our questions.

Masharo was polite and professional with my whole family during his visit. He worked efficiently to unclog the drains, but didn’t upsell me on services I didn’t need. He also gave me some great little pointers to keep my drains clear so we (sadly) don’t have to see him again!
