We were completely satisfied with the service given to us by Joseph Knight, the Hy-Pro Technician. Joseph was prompt, courteous & professional. When he finished installing our new sump pump (with backup battery) he double checked everything. Joseph also explained how the new pump worked & patiently answered our questions.
