A+ Company and Technician, Joseph Knight
Thank you to Hy-Pro and technician, Joseph Knight. Work to fix my (basement) main water shut off valve was completed perfectly and I am so thankful for the expert help I received. Issues arose with trying to work around condo regulations, but this was no fault of the Hy-Pro company or Joseph. Everyone was so patient and this helped me to get the roadblocks cleared so that the work could be done. If anyone has Joseph as their technician, I believe they will be extremely lucky. He is knowledgeable and he works carefully and efficiently. Once finished the work, he leaves the area as clean as when he arrived so there is no mess left behind. I will be passing along the name of this company and technician to anyone I know who requires plumbing help.
