Used this company to install all the plumbing for a wheelchair accessible wet room/shower room and vanity in the bedroom. Could not speak highly enough about their professionalism, knowledge and friendly service. Would very highly recommend this company - and I will use them again for sure! No problem/challenge is too much for them.
Payed almost 400 to get an outside tap replaced. Copper pipe twists when turning tap on and off. No support and a gap on hole where pipe comes out. Disappointed, I could have done an amateur job myself instead I got one for 400 dollars

They came and gave me an estimate with no strings attached. Was friendly even after I said no to the quote and when I said I would just do the job myself he gave me some tips on what to do. I was...or I am to cheap I guess to pay for the service... But I think is fair to say I would use them if was a job I could not do myself
I called Hy-Pro mid morning because of poor water pressure in my house, and the very pleasant woman on the phone told me someone would be by within a few hours. I had a small pinhole leak below the shutoff in one copper pipe in upstairs bathroom. 10 minute job max. Was not an emergency job so turned off water and booked the night before. They won’t tell you price on phone and no hourly rate at all. Guy shows up and says $399.99 plus tax yet can’t defend how he came up with that price. I told him politely to get out of my house. Even he admitted price was way too high for a job that size and he understood. So I called Hammond plumbing and they will do it for $150/hr. Will never call or use Hy Pro again.
Ridiculous 24 hr service!! I called at 8 am and took the day off work to wait for someone to show up at 3:15 that wanted nothing to do with trying to solve my drain issue. The exact reason I wasted my weekend trying to resolve it myself so I didn’t have to deal with someone else that didn’t want to be here Thanks I will keep my cash
