Untrained and Bumbling Staff

Your poor young girls at the front desk lack pertinent training in customer service and professionalism. Their lack of training and understanding of their positions makes it impossible to have a great patron to business relationship. Its not their fault, they need to understand empathy and professionalism. I will tell everybody about my negative experience with your unaware staff. Terrible experience with amateurs who desperately need training on empathy, customer service, and business practices. It makes your doctors look very bad and arrogant.

Eye Care appointment

I went to have my eyes evaluated for an upcoming cataract surgery. After the consultation I am eager to have this surgery done in hopes that I will be able to see better. The attitude of the doctor and employees made me feel good about having it done and I'm looking forward to it

Busy Place seemed like an assembly line?

Always seems to be a very busy place, My wife had her eyes done at this office. Still scratching my head...as the Dr. came in, briefly looked at my eyes and walked out. Didn't even introduce himself or ask me much about my eyes at all, then left. The assistance seemed to do the most. Either way, I can't even tell you the Doctors name? Just hope you could see things......my way! Thank you

Cataracts removed

Terrific people- very kind, capable and excellent surgeons and nurses. I’m extremely pleased and happy with my surgery….I can see long distance as if I were 17 not 70!!!

Eye irritation on left eye next to the iris.

My left eye developed a small deposit next to the iris. It has produced a lot of irritation for me. I was given directions to use four eye drops per day along with a steriod ointment to apply twice a day and return in one month. I felt the service was very good and friendly. All questions were answered and done in a professional manner.

My eye exam and testing was handled professionally but it took two hours. Don’t plan any activities to follow your appointment.

Eye Surgery

I had never worn contacts, and worried my eye was going to hurt. They numbed my eye in the prep room, (drops), and wheeled me in the OR. Done in 20 minutes. Did not hurt a bit. Only sore later that evening, took a Tylenol and that was that. Wonderful experience. EVERYONE was very professional and courteous!

Greatness from the past and into the present.

My first eye exam was around 1951 when I was in grade school. Dr. Rowell was my doctor and when he retired his son, David Rowell became my doctor and when he retired, Dr. Messenger became my doctor. It’s obvious that I love Eye Care Physicians but I’m not sure I will still be around to see Dr. Messenger retire as I’m 80 years old and he’s a pretty young whippersnapper! Everyone there has been trained with wonderful examples from the past as how to care for each patient that comes in. They’re the very best!!! A. Lebold

I am grateful to have people who care and are willing to truly help and have compassion for what they do my eye issue has been bad since I was 7 this is the first time I can recall that a specialist truly cared about my eyesight. All doctors here are good Dr Messanger I am grateful for today

Bloody Eye

I was seen quickly and treated by Dr. Warner for the problem I had with my left eye and given a sample of Systane Complete which cleared the hemorrage within a week.

Eye exam w/high blood pressure

The staff was very kind and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. There were several tests done. My only concern is, my eyes were still in dilation when I was released to go. Thank goodness I had sunglasses in my vehicle.
