Love my Doctor, his manner , knowledge and efficiency. Front desk a little taxed it appeared as efficient and in the end helpful but not cheerful or warm. Waited 45' for my appt. Doctors assistants were good, but one made a poor copy of my paperwork and front desk had to copy again so I could take original with me. I ended up being there an hour with only 5-10' in the actual exam room! I'm not sure how to rate because my time is important and as they say Money too. I'm rating the Doctor high...but they need to realize 45' is unacceptable.
It was very efficient. From exam to glass selection to delivery it was very impressive.
