Crown Property Management, Inc.

I had them manage one of our properties and they did a great job. The tended to tenant needs with being mindful of us as the owners. I sold my condo a few weeks ago so they are not managing my property now but I wanted them to know they are a great company and I really appreciated their partnership. If you're looking for a good PM, consider Crown. I switched to Crown after a very, very bad experience with another company. And Crown really came thru for us. When we will acquire another Oregon property, there is no question, I will call on Crown again.

I am a new tenant with Crown, not by choice but because my previous property management changed. I have to say, just with the few interactions that I have had with them, they seem to be amazing. Crown inherited a mess from my previous management co, and they have been so communicative and are trying so hard to help me. From Nicole P at the front office, to Amanda from the rental department, Luke and Cara, they have been so amazing.
