Time after time when my vehicle needs repair and “love,” I have taken my car to BBW and have received great customer service and excellent car repair. I would recommend them to anyone...
Had a couple parts of my car repainted and it was done quick and matched beautifully. And the front desk staff was excellent.

I don't know about you, but I've searched for a reputable auto shop for over 30 years - concluding, they don't exist. While I'd prefer not to need one, finding this auto repair shop was like winning the lottery! They performed amazing work, were easy to communicate with, were informed, knowledgeable and actually know what they are doing in regard to you car as well as managing the insurance process. The shop is so pristine , you could eat off the floor. Easy to find, easy to park - no hassles on any level. Very nice staff. They did not cut corners, worked on my behalf and created a silver lining to a regrettable incident. Don't even hesitate - it's a no brainer - just be happy you found them!
Quality Work. Repainted my entire car and only a couple VERY minor imperfections. Given the magnitude of the job, they still get an A+ . Sergei and Victor are very nice to deal with. They called in the insurance appraiser and negotiated for additional work above and beyond the insurance appraisal (almost 30% higher). I would recommend them highly.
My car needed repair to the front quarter panel / headlight area after a collision The work itself was impeccable! When I got my car back, it had been washed, vacuumed and cleaned, a great surprise; it looked and felt like a new car. BBW took care of the insurance claim with no aggravation to me, and accurately communicated the work that was being done and when my car would be ready for pick up. Everything was as promised and on time, and everyone I interacted with at BBW was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
Patrick and his team were friendly, efficient, and their work is impeccable! I got rear ended at a stop sign and my bumper needed replacement. They got the new bumper in within 24 hours, they had me come over to make sure the bumper fit my car and to get a sample for painting. They painted bumper and I came back very next day so they could install it. The color was a perfect match, the bumper looks better than the original! And to top it off, they washed my car and even polished and vacuumed the inside. Service par excellence!
Patrick and his team are wonderful. I brought in my car, with a large scratch on the passenger side at 3:00pm. I left at 3:30pm, with the scratch buffed out, totally. Wonderful service. I highly recommend to all my family and friends. Thank you, Boston Body Works.
I asked for a quick body repair estimate -- and Patrick gave me just that. It was a great price, they did exactly what they said they would, and it was done right on time. My car was so filthy that Patrick even threw in a free car wash!
Brought my Mazda 626 to have bumper replaced after being rear ended Upon return I noticed footprints in the back seat of my car and that bumper did not appear to be attached properly..it took Boston Body some time to get back to me due to them being very busy, I was told..I was asked to bring my car back which I did one of the owners I believe said he would order New pieces so my bumper could be 're attached.....That was last year, never received a call back...bad business
I checked my Genesis R-spec into Boston Body Works because of hail damage and it only had 5000 miles on it It was suppose to be the first R-spec in new England and i was hurt I just got it back and it looked great and i am happy but i will further do a circle check I picked them because of how nice and well equiped there shop looked and i like to be carefull where i put my baby so far i am very happy.
Had to write a review for BBW. I've had the "pleasure" of being a customer for many years (bumps, scrapes, dings, etc). Their quality of work is fantastic, on time, on price. And the way they treat customers is like you are part of their family. I have joked with colleagues that I have become BBF with my body shop man. Pat--you are the man! A real find----if you need car body work (and who in the Boston area doesn't from time to time), this is the place.

I can't say enough good things about Patrick and his team at Boston body works. His level of professionalism and dedication to his craft is second to none. I had an accident with my jaguar , it wasn't easy for pat but he managed to get my car back to me in a timely manner better than new . I appreciate you Patrick and I will always recommend bbw to anyone I the need of body work
I always park my car by the road side. In this winter, there are so much snow on the sidewalk....last week , I found My car was hit someone in the front when he/she back up his/her car, and my bumper bar was sunk in the right front site. When I drove to the first auto body shop, they told me that they were not make it completely back. and the second body shop told me that I need to pay 900$ to change a new bumper! !when I came to BBW, I ask Patrick if he could help me, I didn't even know he is the boss! He is such a nice guy and so humorous! With BBW's help, the bumper looks like exactly not injured at all! even more, Patric gave me a good discount and a free car wash! I really enjoyed the experience in BBW! I am leaving Boston, I would strongly recommend BBW to my friends, and I wish all the guys who read my review will enjoy their experience in BBW! WOWEE. Hats off to the staff I interacted with this morning-Sergei, Patrick and Jose. These professionals are great listeners, precise, competent and my car not only got what it needed but I left that 7:30am appointment in a great mood, going to work. Patrick, you have a great team. And I noticed the 'culturally diverse' mix of the guys. All you need is to add a woman and then you'll arrive at paradise. Laslty, your prices are too low!
My parked car had it's front smashed in and BBW fast tracked repairs that made the car look new! They were clear about what had to be done, and helped to work with the adjuster when they found additional damage. They were clear in communication and got the car ready for a family vacation road trip that had been long planned. Definitely use them.
Showed up without appointment---was taken care of on the spot. Highly recommended, and Patrick is a great guy.
