I had an accident with my Harley Davidson this fall. I own a FLH and the inner and outer fairing got wrecked. BBW's team did a GREAT job putting it back together and painting it. Looks like a factory job*****. It was done quickly and at a great price. I have a Ford F150 and I am going to get them to refinish the truck some time soon. Thank You BBW' and Pat. Don Scott
It is such a big hassle when you have to bring your car in for body repair, but not when you bring your car to Boston Body Works! It was such a nice experience- the people at the front desk were so cheerful on the phone (and in person) that it immediately made a positive impact. Every step of the way was a 5 star : the service, the convenience, the quality of work and they even had lovely flowers over the front railings. I hope to keep my car in one piece but if I ever need repair again I will only go to Boston Body Works.
I had my Lexus repaired there. They were friendly, timely and my car looks like nothing ever happened to it. Highly recommend BBW. They ordered the parts ahead of time so when my car went in, I had it back in three days.
absolutely fantastic service.that's why I keep going back to them over and over. They always do me right.
I had a simple quick fix with my 2000 Ford mustang convertible. Patrick got his tools and was done fixing it in like 10 minutes....all he charged me was a coffee and a blueberry muffin which was like 4 bucks. Very nice people and seems like a great place to go for more serious car problems.
Patrick is fantastic. I came in because I was hearing a loud noise under my car. Happened that it was the Shield that fell off. They helped me right away and didn't even charge. I will definitely bring my car back there if I ever need body work done!! I love it when people like what they do and know how to treat customers. Thanks again for your help!
I was so pleased to have my vehicle repaired at Boston Body Works, I have used them before not only for my personal vehicle but company cars too. They are always so reliable, friendly, knowledgable about how to get the car fixed and back to you as quick as they can.....this really helped with rental expenses too!! I would highly recommend them and their location is so convienent in Boston close to major highways and central roadways like Mass Ave. Thanks to Pat and Jamie for getting me back on the road, kudos to you and your team!!
I had some rust taken my Maxima. Jerry did the work in a couple of hours. It looks great and my friends want to get there rust fix here too. I would recommend Boston Body Works to anyone that needs auto repairs.
I had two major repairs done here in the past which I was very happy with. So when I found that someone had side swiped my car during the night and knocked off my side mirror, I didn't hesitate to ask BBW for help. Patrick Cibotti repaired it for me right away and didn't charge me a penny. Since I am unemployed I was more than grateful. The people who work here are very professional and reliable; now I find they are also very kind and thoughtful. I will not hesitate to come here again if I need autobody repair. Thanks, Patrick!!
Patrick was very flexible with scheduling - I called at noon and he met with me 5pm the same day. Everyone at the shop was friendly and happy to be there. After the repairs, my car looks like new. The boys at the shop even washed it for me and I think they cleaned the interior as well - no extra charge. The good folks here clearly take pride in their work. Highly recommended.
They did a great job on my Porsche 911; it looks nicer than before! As always it's a great pleasure to deal with a business that is owner-operated as the owner will be there to personally address all your concerns. Finally, they were very honest in recommending all the different ways of fixing the problem, not just the most expensive one! ( e.g. Crown only vs Crown or a Filling) sounds familiar?
Very helpful, extremely professional. Shop was spotless, and vehicle looks new. Made it simple to get the repair done. No hassle. Pat couldn't have been nicer. I would definitely recommend them.
After years of searching for the right vehicle (smaller that a standard van, car like up front but utility in back) Nissan came out with the NV200. Perfect... except it doesn't have a back seat and the dealer can't put one in. The dealer drove it to BBW for me and Pat said he can do it. So I purchased the vehicle and sure enough BBW and Pat did a great job. Now I am the only person on earth with a Nissan NV200 that has a back seat. It folds down and can be removed too. Pat has done a number of things for me on my various cars over the years and they've always done a great job.
Bbw really knows their stuff made my 02 look new and the workers are super friendly thanks bbw
Six weeks into my first ever brand new car, some carelessly lit fireworks left scorch marks all over my hood and roof. Once again, Boston Body Works did a fantastic job. Not only were they able to buff out all the marks at a completely reasonable price, the whole car looked as if it had been detailed. They even shined up the tires. I highly recommend them!
I am happy and feel like I have a new car. The work is above quality. Let me add the price was amazingly low, I had other estimates and chose Boston Body Works and I am pleased I did the guys starting with Pat, Sergei and the other men produced excellent service from "soup to nuts" Drop by their neighborhood shop and avoid the high price chains . The folks at here know their business. Another gem is the cleaning of my car in and out was detailed. Thanks guys.
I needed to get my side mirror fixed and went to BBW to get it fixed. The owner, Pat, gave me a much cheaper option that didn't involve them doing any work! Although, the cheaper option would not make the whole problem go away, I decided to get it done the right way at BBW. The cost was reasonable and the service was great. What I appreciated the most was that he told me the truth on options how to get repair done...even if it didn't include them doing the work. My previous experiences at auto body shops are that they won't be completely honest like Pat was. I would definitely recommend BBW for your auto repair needs!
I had my car unfortunately scratched while parking on the street. Patrick and his team handled the most of interaction with the appraiser from the other issuance company and had the car quickly fixed and painted. After initially driving it, I realized there was a little lubrication work needed on the front. I stopped by and Patrick immediately had his team checked and fixed the issue. So far, I'm very happy with the result. Patrick is a very down-to-earth owner and his team is willing to help.
like your page if i may use your shop but i am still looking, thanks
I went into the shop on the verge of tears because I had put a dent in the body of the car that I was borrowing from a friend. My guilty conscience told me to fix it & I ended up at BBW. Patrick and his boys were quick in popping out the dent & buffing the area. I may even say that the car was in better condition than before I had even made the dent. Everyone at BBW saved me, and what my friend doesn't know won't kill her, right?
