Unbeatable Quality Service, Customer Care, and Fair Prices

Had to write a review for BBW. I've had the "pleasure" of being a customer for many years (bumps, scrapes, dings, etc). Their quality of work is fantastic, on time, on price. And the way they treat customers is like you are part of their family. I have joked with colleagues that I have become BBF with my body shop man. Pat--you are the man! A real find----if you need car body work (and who in the Boston area doesn't from time to time), this is the place.
