We reached out to Mt View Doodles in hopes of adopting our new furry best friend, after losing our previous family dog. They were extremely helpful in giving us all the information they could to our questions. We never felt like our questions were an inconvenience. We picked up "Green Boy", now Timber, about a week ago and we are wit

N/a

I have yet to have a positive experience with Petco grooming on commercial Street in Salem, Oregon. I will never go back. They seem irritated with my presence and my dog’s presence and the fact that we want services at all. They work very hard to turn us away every time. I go in for a walk-in service however I’ve been reprimanded for not making appointments and I’ve also been reprimanded for making appointments. In the time it takes them to find reasons to not trim my pups, fanny and feet they could have done the job five times. They have been rude on the phone and in person every time. I even was reprimanded for calling to cancel my appointment because I had a flat tire and had to have my car towed. They were extremely rude, even though I took my time to call them to cancel my appointment for something that was completely out of my control. Awful!!!! My dogs are the loves of my life and should never be made to feel as if they are a burden for a service that is being paid for.

Excellent Service

I found Best Friends staff to be friendly and professional. They provided excellent service. I have a long hair dog who was trimmed up beautifully (and he was a mess going in). He came out looking like a new dog! And very reasonably priced. Definitely my new groomer. 10/10
