I used self service wash. I have a very nervous pup and we actually didn't get through a full bath because of her aversion to water. However, Laura was very supportive in letting us use it as a training session with my dog and didn't charge when we weren't up for the bath that day. Unheard of in the industry! Wonderful experience!
My husband and I took our 2 medium sized dogs to have their nails trimmed and use the self wash facility. It was the best self wash experience we've had. She explains everything to you in detail before you begin. I love that the water was already set to the exact right temp as was the drier. The little basket was beautifully organized with all types of brushes, combs and towels. She even brought us the whitening shampoo as our dogs are white. She cares - about your animals, about her business. What more could you want...
