Compared to a previous repair, this visit was straightforward and the plumber’s explanation of what needed fixing made sense. It has been a few days now, and the garbage disposal is functioning properly without any issues.

The person who fixed the air conditioner was nice and paid attention. It took them a while to understand the problem I told them about. The next steps that were suggested were made clear. What I thought about the service was good.

They are extremely experienced, responsive, discreet, so knowledgeable of the marketplace (and niche neighborhoods!), and a true class act duo of experts you want on your side...in spades.

We loved working with Rachel and Jay. We felt heard, understood and supported. This helped what can be a stressful situation, with buying 1 home while selling another, a smooth transition. Also, their contacts and knowledge of companies that can help with necessary repairs made that part of the process a lot less stressful. I would recommend Jay and Rachel to anyone anytime. They are phenomenal and completely trustworthy.

Forever grateful for Kendall Bergstrom & Ty DeLancellotti ! Where do we even begin? We will be forever grateful for Kendall and Ty and the incredible part they have played in our family’s journey. After relocating from Australia, we fell in love with Lake Oswego and knew this was where we wanted to put down roots and build our future. From the very beginning, Kendall went above and beyond. Her communication, guidance and genuine care throughout every step of the process were exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her knowledge, attention to detail and incredible network of recommendations made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel seamless. What truly sets Kendall and Ty apart is that they don’t just talk the talk, they walk the walk. When challenges arose, they showed up, stood by us and worked tirelessly to make things happen. Their professionalism, integrity and commitment to their clients are second to none. But beyond their expertise, it’s the genuine relationships they build that make them so special. We never felt like just another transaction. They truly cared about our family, our future and making our dream a reality. Kendall and Ty will forever hold a special place in our hearts. They started as our realtors and have become lifelong friends. Every time we walk through our front door, we are reminded of the incredible journey that brought us here and the two wonderful people who helped make it possible. We couldn’t recommend Kendall and Ty more highly. If you’re looking for people who genuinely care, go above and beyond and deliver on their promises, look no further. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you both!

I can’t say enough good things about Owen & Sons Heating & Air Conditioning. My family needed furnace repair because of a cracked heat exchanger, and Leonard helped us get everything taken care of quickly. I work in the trades as a plumber, so I pay close attention to workmanship, system performance, and overall service. The technicians arrived on time, were professional, explained the heating repair process clearly, and completed the install with great attention to detail. They cleaned up the work area, checked that the furnace was running safely and efficiently, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was working well. The whole experience was smooth, honest, and high quality. I would recommend them to anyone needing furnace service, heating repair, or air conditioning work.

Brody was punctual, professional & polite. He did several jobs in the home, too many to list. We were so impressed with his ability to diagnose the problems and come up with solutions on the spot. He priced them out and was able to complete all tasks. We highly recommend Brody!
