Andy went above and beyond for us when selling our home in Portland. The house needed some serious work before it could be put on the market and we were already living out of state and weeks away from having our first child. Andy took care of everything. He got bids, met with contractors and specialists and then regularly checked in to make sure the work was getting done. The house was then staged beautifully, the pictures were great and we got an asking offer, which we took, within a couple of days.
