Our home was in grave need of improvements around the sides where we have a slope making the side inaccessible; especially relevant considering the faucet awkwardly placed there. However, as a first time homeowner, I was pretty intimidated about modifying anything about my home. Thankfully System Pavers was able to hold my hand through the process of getting the HOA process figured out (with relatively effort from me) as well as ensure absolutely *EVERY* detail was hashed out precisely the way I wanted it. This is so important because it's permanent and I'll see and use it nearly every day. Also, System Pavers really provided a fantastic consultation role; they're the experts, they know what they're doing. They'll handle all the day to day stuff while I work hard spending my time on other things. There are plenty of potential issues that could crop up in projects like these so it was actually reassuring to know that they were on top of those details, catching issues before they arise. Both James (designer) and Bryan (PM) were great at communicating ahead of time to ensure I was aware and could make decisions or choose from alternative options. Again: This is so important given the longevity of these types of modifications. Special props to James and Bryan who both bent over backwards ensuring that every last detail was taken care of; even coming back weeks and months after the work was done to fix minor issues. I'm very happy with their work and will be certain to consider them on future projects.
