I will Definetly recommend you
This is the second fifth wheel we have purchased from western rv in Leduc and both times went through Aniz. He is such a great person to deal with. So friendly and very helpful. Would Definetly tell anyone who wants a great rv Purchase experience to go into Leduc and ask to deal with him. All around a great experience and great person.
Great Service and Accommodating
We bought our Jayco fith wheel from another dealer in Alberta. We live in Edmonton but store it near Red Deer. We have had a couple of troubles with the slides and needed them serviced, I phoned the service desk of a couple other dealers and was told if I did not buy my unit from them they might be able to see me this fall. Talked to the Service Department (Sheri) in Red Deer, they have had me in within a week, and treat me as though I bought the unit from them. They were able to make arrangements for off hours drop off so I did not have to miss work to drop it off. In hind sight I wish I would have bought my trailer from them. The after sales service should be what sells the trailer and my next RV will be from Western RV Red Deer. Thanks!
Forget service and knowledge
I bought my new rv from Leduc western, and everything was roses till I left the building. Moment after good luck claiming anything on warranty unless you book ahead 6 months! and the stooges they have working in there parts department are a step below incompetent. I went into take advantage of my 10% discount off highly inflated parts for a simple propane hose and after waiting well over an hour he was not sure when or if it was ever available. After he proceeded to help other later arriving customers then me he said maybe it would take 4-6 weeks, not even checking!!! However I went down the road to the next rv place down the road and they will have the part Tuesday. Don't waste your time with these clowns, all promises no follow through.
Absolutely fantastic service. #1 in my book. I recommend you
I received bad service from Allstar. I called western Rv in Leduc . Explained I was living in my trailer as we was evacuated from ft Mac . She got me in right away. Scott was waiting for me when I pulled in and had me on my way in less than an hour
Exceptional service
I'm a evacuee from for mcmurray, I had to leave my truck behind so we went to Kelowna to live in our camper we had no truck to move our camper to the camp site,I went to see mark at western rv and he was a great help he moved my camper from windfield to Kelowna and we also had to relocate in the park a couple of times. mark moved it for us every time at no cost. I just want to say thanks to mark and western RV for all their help. I also bought my rv at western rv in Kelowna. If you are looking for a rv I encourage to buy it there.
Amazing service
Cannot say enough, got the job done. So friendly so patient, knowledgeable on all aspects. Went above and beyond what we have experienced at other Western RV locations, five star service.
Amazing customer service
We purchased a new RV from Western RV in Grande Prairie. Daryl, Bonnie, Wolf, and Danielle made this buying experience so easy. We walked on the lot and found the trailer we wanted to purchase. It was close to closing time when we decided this is what we wanted to do but that didn't seem to matter to Daryl. He sat and talked to us answering our questions and filling out the paperwork. He then sent it off to Bonnie. The next day Bonnie contacted my husband for additional paperwork. He was out working but that was no problem for her and in the end we had an approval quickly. The company she went through to finance our RV was a step by step process. This process wasn't stressful or hard, just time consuming. Bonnie kept apologizing to us for the amount of time it was taking. To us it wasn't a big deal as we needed to have a fifth wheel hitch installed in our pickup. Danielle set up the install of the fifth wheel hitch for us. We dropped our truck off and had the hitch installed without any problems. The next day we picked up our new fifth wheel. Wolf took us through the trailer showing us all we needed to know. There was an issue with a light on the back of the trailer so they told us to come back and they will fix it. Turns out they ordered a new part without question. The entire process took us a week and we were camping. Even after the purchase they are there to answer our questions and join us in our excitement. I would recommend the Grande Prairie Western RV Country dealer to anyone looking to purchase a RV :)
Dangerous and Dissapointing
I recently bought a trailer from the folks at Western in Leduc and had a pretty good experience with their sales staff. They promised that they would test all of the equipment on the trailer and go through everything when it was delivered.
We picked up the trailer and drove it back to Calgary going through a pretty bad snow storm only to find out that the trailer brakes were not working properly. When we got into Calgary we discovered that there was an obvious issue with the trailer preventing the brakes from working. To make matters worse when they hitched the car and trailer together they ignored the fact that the trailer needed a 2 5/16 ball and hitched it to my 2" ball. Between these two issues, I was very lucky that my family didn't have an incident that day on the road.
When I called the dealership while they did agree fix both issues they made no attempts to apologize for the mistake (and blatant lie about checking all systems) and made no attempt to make it up to us. Based on the hassle, time and downright criminal attention to basic safety I would have really expected that somehow Western would have tried to make it up to me in some way. Based on my experience I would avoid Western and go with someone who cares about your safety.
Thank you for bringing Shawn Bruce into your team!
My 5 star experience is 100% due to Shawn Bruce at the service counter! My wife and I bought a new travel trailer at Western RV last year and after a full summer of camping, including a haul to Disneyland and back, we had a few minor warranty items to have fixed.

Shawn was great about listening to my concerns with the repairs and it felt like he was working with me and not against me. Above all, Shawn was quick to step out from behind the counter to join me outside to see exactly what I was trying to describe on my trailer.
A huge thank you to Shawn!
Excellent experience purchasing R.V. in Grande Prairie
We brought home our new R.V. that Daryl Dnistransky sold us yesterday. We are very happy, the Grande Prairie branch has a small town feel to it, and Darren, Bonnie, Wolf and Denielle treated our family very well. From the start of the deal to the end everything was professional and met any expectation we had. We will be back and will be hopefully be handing out buddy bucks!
kelownas parts and service department is a joke
order my parts when i ask you to not a month later and when you tell me your going to call me back call me back and dont tell me your busy dealing with customers because im a customer to if i had the money to drive my truck and rv back to grande prairie i would not saying it was mark ferguss fault it was the parts lady there i just couldnt find her name on the list i will not be telling people to buy a trailer at the kelowna branch
Poor Delivery Experience
Let me start off by saying Keith and Larry did a fantastic job will the sales and financing portion, it just seemed like it all fell apart on delivery. The unit had a laundry list of deficiencies all fairly minor but given the money we just spent very disappointing and left us guessing was this a bad decision to buy from Western RV? We left our newly purchased unit with the assurance that all the deficiencies would be resolved prior to out next attempted pick up/delivery of the unit. To be honest we aren't that picky but when we climbed into the cabin on the drivers side and the lower panel just above the pedals was barely hanging on you've got to start asking yourself what did I just get myself into?
Excellent service from Shawn Bruce (service) at Airdrie Western RV
After unfortunately being a customer affected by the bankruptcy of Sunridge RV I was left with my first trailer with no keys and no idea how to use it. After calling other dealers in the area Shawn Bruce at Western RV was able to see me on very short notice. He provided excellent customer service and replaced the locks the same day without charging an exorbitant amount. He was also kind enough to take the time to explain how the trailer operates and answer any questions I had. Due to the great customer service I received I will be back to Western RV and specifically Shawn for any future service.
Wow
We have never been treated so well. Clayton is amazing. He took the time to explain everything to us and was very patient with our questions. The ladies at the service desk are so friendly. Excellent customer service. THANK YOU
Great Experience Buying Our First RV
Ross and his Sales Assistant Laura helped us purchase a used 30 foot Wolf Pack Toy Hauler. They spent a lot of time going over their large inventory and found us exactly what we were looking for. When we picked up our RV we had no issues and the Service Department showed us exactly how to maintain and care for our RV. We've already enjoyed a trip to the West Coast. When we purchase our next RV we will be sure to call Ross and Laura!
Excellent Experience from Sales to Service!
Just took delivery of our new travel trailer from Western in Kelowna, BC. Our experiences with all the staff from purchase to financing and the final walkthrough has been top notch! Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!
Service Excellence From Purchase to Trailer Service
Our experience with the folks at Western RV in Lethbridge has been one of true service excellence. Our dealings with Kevin Hoganson in sales and Debby Berger in finance made the purchase of our 2015 Sunset Trail RV a pleasurable and easy experience. Unfortunately we had some suspension issues that caused premature tire wear. Service Manager Ray Paul and Shop Foreman Bruce Fudge identified the issues, got the manufacture to send new replacement parts and covered the replacement of all four tires. I can't say thank you enough to the team at Western RV in Lethbridge. If you are looking to buy an RV, these are the folks that care and will go above and beyond to make sure that you are totally satisfied with your purchase.
Disappointed
Was in for warranty repairs several times with the primary concern being a defective A/C unit. Would only work when it was cooler out(not much help on hot days). Had the trailer in 4 times for this concern and was told it was operating normal and when my warranty ran out was told jayco would cover the repairs. Well they didn't and I had to pay a 1500$ bill due to poor diagnostics in the service department and a company that doesn't stand behind what they sell.
Superior customer service
Austin in Leduc showed great customer service and respect. The technician who fixed my furnace was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. Great job.
Disappointed
We purchased a brand new fifth wheel and were really excited about it. We knew what we were out to purchase but wanted to look at some others to compare. We came to our decision on a 2015 Jayco Eagle. Came to pick it up and had our walk through given by a service tech who really did not know much about this trailer specifically. There were a few things that were wrong inside, cupboard doors crooked the panel on the fridge was loose, molding around the roof was coming off, trim on the cupboards had significant chips in them oh ya and the furnace did not work. When we made the purchase we had a few things added including a dirt devil vacuflo - which was used by your cleaners to clean the trailer before we picked it up!! No professional in my opinion. We also ordered some jack stands and a tripod that I do not believe we have received yet. Your dealer could not accommodate a reasonable time frame for service so we opted to take it out to okotoks as it is closer to us anyways. They determined that the furnace needs to be replaced. Now I think if the trailer had had a proper PDI completed it would have been discovered that a new furnace was needed. They have ordered it and will be installing it for us. We had also asked that we see the pump running with water as we wanted to make sure it was working and that the taps and toilet worked and there were no leaks. With it being summer before we would be able to use any of that would really suck for us to get it out to your seasonal site to find out we have no water or a leak. We were refused this request and were told this is not something Western RV does. Very poor customer service in my opinion. We were also referred to Western RV by friends of ours that purchased their trailer last year. We mentioned this to our sales girl at the beginning and nothing was done about it. We enquired about it again and were told its now too late! Not very good business if you ask me. Guess we won't be referring anybody to you. We have technicalyl owned the trailer for almost 4 weeks now had every intention of using it before Christmas but that is not going to happen. We will also have to change our Christmas plans as we were going to travel to our relatives for Christmas and stay in the trailer instead of a hotel. Overall we have had extremely poor customer service and service from the Airdrie branch. The Okotoks branch has done its best to accommodate us other than the delay of ordering a new furnace. I can't say that I have any faith or trust in Western RV and will definitely be thinking twice before returning in the future. I would like some to contact me regarding the Referral bonus as I believe it is only fair that it be paid out to both parties, and I would like an explanation as to why the furnace not working was not caught on the PDI.
