Service Excellence From Purchase to Trailer Service

Our experience with the folks at Western RV in Lethbridge has been one of true service excellence. Our dealings with Kevin Hoganson in sales and Debby Berger in finance made the purchase of our 2015 Sunset Trail RV a pleasurable and easy experience. Unfortunately we had some suspension issues that caused premature tire wear. Service Manager Ray Paul and Shop Foreman Bruce Fudge identified the issues, got the manufacture to send new replacement parts and covered the replacement of all four tires. I can't say thank you enough to the team at Western RV in Lethbridge.     Great follow ups to make the sale!
