My 5 star experience is 100% due to Shawn Bruce at the service counter! My wife and I bought a new travel trailer at Western RV last year and after a full summer of camping, including a haul to Disneyland and back, we had a few minor warranty items to have fixed. <br /> <br /> Shawn was great about listening to my concerns with the repairs and it felt like he was working with me and not against me. Above all, Shawn was quick to step out from behind the counter to join me outside to see exactly what I was trying to describe on my trailer.<br /> <br /> A huge thank you to Shawn!

    Great follow ups to make the sale!
