We actually had two projects at one site. Carbon Fiber basement wall work, and then full drainage all around the building, rain drains, and trenching too. Don't need to go on about it in detail, bottom line is the work was done superbly, efficiently, and the site looked perfect after they left. All things Grade A.

I had a good referral for Western so I had high expectations, but it is always great to see them met. The crew arrived on time, took care of the work, took the time to explain what they were doing, and left everything in nice order. We even extended our bid slightly upon arrival and they took care of that work as well. Would certainly call again if I had need for foundation work.

Oct 21, 2015 Great Contractor Experience
We had had the hardest time getting anyone to even give us a quote for our relatively small project of reinforcing the cracked concrete around our railings. Western LLC responded to requests for a quote in a timely fashion and got us scheduled. The work was completed on schedule and to our satisfaction. All in all, working with them was an excellent experience.

Western Construction installed a replacement sump pump at my new home. I have worked with Justin and his company before on other work projects so I was already comfortable with their work. Western Construction does a great job and I will continue to use them. If I could improve their service It would be scheduling bids and work sooner.

Ok I am going to try to do this again I don't think the other one went thru. In March we contacted you about work we needed done in Astoria. You came out and looked, took measurements and discussed what we wanted done. Within a few weeks you sent us and estimate of work to be done, and the amount of $40,000 to 50,000. You set up a new apt, and 3 people came this time. One of the people was Kent from RAM JACK. We never asked for him, but you both said he is just here to "CONSULT WITH US" YOU MEASURED AND CHECKED EVERYTHING, and said we would hear from you within a week. At the meeting I asked you if I could record our meeting and you all said sure. You said repeatedly that you were honest and we could trust you. You said you would not let us down and would not cheat us. I truly did believe you. Then we got a new proposal from you but not you....It was a sorry letter from you and a new proposal from RAM JACK with a proposal of almost $70,000. Boy what a shock. we were very sad you. had lied to us. and refered us to a MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE COMPANY. I am very sorry. We are on a limited social security income, and did over extend ourself on this project. .

Work included restoration of crawlspace with replacement of insullation and vapor barrier, and construction of a hatch to close. Work was scheduled and completed in a timely and professional manner. Good communication.

Very nice job. We appreciated their good communication skills, felt comfortable discussing any concerns or requests for adaptations as they worked. They cleaned up after their work and the system is working, no more large puddles of water close to the foundation.
