They don’t respond to emails but force you to email when you are wanting to cancel your membership. Lovely way to get that extra money! I was told by employees I would not be charged if I was emailed. When I finally heard back 3 weeks later I had already been charged and they told me I wasn’t specific enough. If only they responded w

So listen. EVERY TIME I walk in, the staff knows who I am and what I want, not to mention the times for each service. They welcome me with a smile on their faces, and just light up my day ??. On top of all of that, the facility is always clean, and they are very knowledgeable about products and services. ???

Good place, good people the only think frustrating about it is when you pay for the top of the line package you always get knocked down if somebody else has that that bed so you either wait or go to a event that burns

I had just bought a tanning package before the pandemic. I was unable to use the tanning for an extended period of time. Came back to go tanning as we're finally able to travel and my package had "expired" by 2 weeks. Had a not so good Customer service experience here a few weeks ago, but klaudia helped getting it straightened out. The location is always clean and lotions are always stocked up, with tons to choose from!
