They are the best!! I absolutely love everyone who works there, they are so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! It’s always been clean and they are doing a fantastic job making it feel safe with everything going on. I highly recommend them to everyone!
The services are fine, but the versa spray machine really needs a deep cleaning. Last time I got a spray tan it was super thick and splotchy. Something, I was told by a worker, is due to the nozzles not being cleaned. The bigger reason for the rating is the staff. The Wednesday night staff acts SUPER put out that she has to get off
Friendly staff. Spray tan machine is nice and I like the warm air. But red light bed needs to be cleaned in detail around the edges.
Friendly staff and tons of beds.
I was turned away at west location, it was 7 minutes until closing however, open sign still on and it was for versa spray which I can complete within 5-7 minutes. Leaving on a trip tomorrow, very disappointed. Would have come earlier if I was able to. I haven’t ever been turned away during open hours before unless machine or product
Purchased 10 individual platinum tans in 2018 for $172 because I don't tan regularly; rather sporadically. Exchanged a few emails with Samantha who informed me that all tans expire in a year. They didn't have this in writing; instead it is apparently plastered all over the store. I was informed I could gain access to the 10 by paying
Wonderful girls, sparkling salon, great beds! 5/5
Super friendly & knowledgable staff!
Great deals! Cleanliness all over!! The staff are super friendly and amazing!
Either a client or employee (someone wearing Tan Republic gear) has parked a large truck in front of this location and is currently blocking not only the flow of traffic but also the only van-accessible parking space in the lot. It has been there for several minutes. While I have not yet been a client at Tan Republic, I will certain
I honestly love this tan republic location I went in last night after having a bad experience at one of the ones out south. The rep named Jessica smith is one of the most polite and professional reps that I have come across. She is very knowledgeable with all of the products and the machines. I got spray tans and she actually took th
Such a amazing place! Such great staff and very clean ??
I do not go tanning very often because I love natural sunshine but this year I decided to go tanning a little bit to build up a base tan so I do not burn over the summer. I was embraced by the most awesome employee ever named Jennifer Smith. She was so knowledgeable about all of the information that I needed to know to tan safely and
All of the girls have been knowledgeable and friendly but I was especially impressed with Samantha’s knowledge not only of the tanning beds themselves but with all the products that are sold in the salon. The hours are great and the beds are always clean. Also it’s usually not too busy.
Paying for the top level bed that's had theee bulbs out since I got my membership. Not happy. That's a lot of money to pay for a bed that's tanning one side of my face! Hopefully they fix this problem soon. Having one maintenance guy who's on vacation might be the issue. Seems to me like they might need more than one. Really nice s
I would not tan here again I was told after I paid for my package that I owe a service and after I paid for my package they said I owe more after they took money for the month I would not tan here agion I was very loyal customer for a lot of year and that's how I get treated also different owners own different tan republics and it ha
Best wifi I've ever used from an adjacent building. Will recommend to others.
This is one of my favorite locations. Friendly staff and clean facility with an amazing spray booth! If you haven't yet tried it out, I highly recommend. I am constantly being offered outstanding deals by the employees that no one could pass up!
My only me time is when I get to tan ... being a mom of two and a military wife I don't get much "me" time....so this is important to me time..the staff is always nice and friendly!
Always friendly and ready to help you! Tan rep has awesome beds!
