When our refrigerator flooded our kitchen and our wood floors were ruined, we felt overwhelmed. Jeremy was in right away with multiple heavy duty fans and dehumidifiers. Flooring was pulled up, cabinets were removed carefully and quickly. They were unpacked (and repacked later). Everything moved so smoothly we were quite shocked. The dismay turned into confidence in the work that was going on. They turned our disaster into business as usual. (for them) and took care of everything - including explaining, reexplaining and being available whenever needed. The best company I've ever worked with regarding anything.

We had a car slide into our garage and into our truck. Damage to garage door and interior wall. Dwayne and his team did an outstanding job securing our home, temporary security and quality repairs. All repairs were made in an amazing time frame. All promised dates and times were met. The crews and craftsmen did quality work and were all very professional. In today's world this is a rare outcome. I would highly recommend Service Master for home repair and restoration needs.

Fast, knowledgeable, caring professionals !!!!! We had a house fire and Servce Master came out right away and started the process of cleaning and getting ready to rebuild. They also gave us so much valuable information. Everyone at Servce Master has been so kind and we cannot recommend them enough.

We are in the beginning stages of repairing water damage. As part of the project we had to have the kitchen floor asbestos abated and we’re waiting to schedule asbestos abating to the half bath upstairs. We have been without a stove, and a dishwasher. We have discovered damage to our new refrigerator (delivered September 17) consisting of a small dent to left door and alignment of the same door. Our stove is in place but not useable due to an alignment issue and our dishwasher is currently in the middle of the sink area between the stove and refrigerator. We have been told that the job might be completed by the end of January. Numerous commitments have been made and not followed thru on. Communications are spotty and could be a lot better.

Had water damage in kitchen, laundry room, hallway and stairwell in our home due to a water leak we were unaware of. ServiceMaster was prompt, reliable, very communicative and did great work! We were very pleased with the results!

Had toilet flood due to broken intake line. Flooded master bedroom, bathroom, and family room on bottom Ruth extensive ceiling damage. Amit happened early hours of July 4th. Zach was great thinking of our animals. The others in the team were very professional and showed empathy for our situation. I hope I never have to call again but would if needed. I would highly recommend this ServiceMaster.

Did you know that if your 5 gallon water bottle from your water service leaks for 24 hours into the carpet of your upstairs office, that's on you to take care of? We found this out the hard way. Immediately I called Gerrit Wood with ServiceMaster. He's been visiting our office for years and I KNEW he'd know what to do and help me. He was here within the hour and equipped with the big flood vacuum! Being in the insurance business we know how big a deal water can be and how important it is to get it cleaned up before it travels (to our downstairs neighbors) or starts to make the room smell musty. With knowledge, hard work and sweat, Gerrit had the water removed in no time. He returned a few days later to double check that everything was dry. Saved the day and saved the offices from major damage. I have always recommended ServiceMaster to customers and friends and will be continuing to do so. Water woes washed away! Thank you ServiceMaster!!!!
