Salem Heating has surpassed my expectations at every level. When our heating system died in our home, Salem Heating was one of several vendors to come out and provide me a bid for a replacement system.
Kyle, our initial contact, was thorough, professional, and was able to assess our needs easily, He took the time to explain the entire process to us, from estimate to final inspection, giving us a a sense of confidence in the company.
Once the bid was approved, they sent their technician out for a pre-installation review. This was a valuable service as it eliminated the delays on install day that can occur if something unepected comes up. Again, our sense of confidence in Salem Heating was firmly set by this experience.
On install day, a crew of technicians reported to our house on time as promised, and immediate went to work. Their workmanship was nothing short of masterful, the completed system far surpassed the quality of our original system, and the house is heating more evenly than before.
