Great Service Wonderful People

I had to write you a note and tell you how wonderful our experience was with Salem Heating & Sheet Metal. From the beginning to the end of this job. I have to say I was dreading just having to get a new furnace and air conditioner. From the very first time we met Kyle with all of his enthusiasm and salesmanship we were sold. Then to Ed he was so great at mapping everything out so organized so impressed with him. Then we get to Josh Stone and Mike Cordova those two guys had a challenging job to do. I can not express enough these guys worked from the time they showed up to when they left we had three days of this. I was so impressed with these guys I don't even think they took a lunch. When Ed called and said he would have to send two other guys to finish to be honest I thought oh no I hope they are as good. Although they were not here but tops two hrs on Monday Mikael Sloane and Jakob Miller did a great job of getting it done. Now I have to get to Scott Lineburger what a great person he is. He made sure I understood everything about the Costco rebate and our Energy Tax Credit.
I hope you realize what a great group of people you have working for you. I will recommend Salem Heating & Sheet Metal to all my friends and family. Thank you again for making this job at our home a pleasure.
