Set a Benchmark
I had need for a HVAC inspection and some of the ducts under the house needed attention. I called Salem Heating and Sheet Metal for an estimate. I decided to accept their bid and when the service man arrived at the job, he went right to work, did the inspection,, and then proceded to fix the ducting and even offered to take photos of the new duct work for me as I needed to show the work was done. The serviceman was polite, on time, did a great job and stayed within their bid and cleaned up all the used material. I will not hesitate to call Salem Heating and Sheet Metal again and refer them to my friends. KUDOS Salem Heating and Sheet Metal you have set a new benchmark for great customer service in the field of Heating and Cooling.
