False Promise
kept time promise would done it all. I waited for a time frame that was to your convenience to schedule service for my convenience, then I received a call that morning stating I will be out sometime today." No recap of what needs to be done. I explained that service was to be completed by 11:45am of that day. My stayed as long as he could as not to be late for his work.. No call or door tag that day.. next morning I get a call at 8:32, 18 second dead air mess. I returned call. the person on phone replied " we where unable to make it yesterday and need to reschedule your call. I said not going to happen, no show or call is unacceptable, gentleman said "then you'll be seeking service else where," I guess they have an abundance of work. Lets see you post this.....
