On Top of It!!

We installed a new furnace and thermostat in October 2012. There were some initial warnings sent through the monitoring system and Salem Heating was quick to call and send a tech out to check. Eventually it required a replacement of a part and this was done quickly to resolve the issue. Next came problems with the Wi-Fi in the "new" thermostat and it should be noted, this was one of the first they installed. The knowledge level for this new unit I would say was low on the part of Salem Heating. With this said, they quickly started reading and calling Lennox and soon afterwards this problem was corrected with Salem Heating installing a Wi-Fi boaster. All this work was completed by guys who were most friendly and professional. The one thing that stands out about Salem Heating, Scott and the guys will go whatever distance to provide quality service with their only goal making you the customer happy with their product and their service!!! And the new heating unit...WOW!!! So much better than the original unit and it all started with a great guy who came and inspected our current system at the time and then "explained" all the choices we had in a new unit. Once decided they then helped with the Costco discount as well as the tax rebate form needed for our taxes. Simply put...totally happy!!!
