On Top Of It!!

We installed a new furnace and thermostat in October 2012. There were some initial warnings sent through the monitoring system and Salem Heating was quick to call and send a tech out to check. Eventually it required a replacement of a part and this was done quickly to resolve the issue. Next came problems with the Wi-Fi in the "new" thermostat and it should be noted, this was one of the first they installed. The knowledge level for this new unit I would say was low on the part of Salem Heating. With this said, they quickly started reading and calling Lennox and soon afterwards this problem was corrected with Salem Heating installing a Wi-Fi boaster. All this work was completed by guys who were most friendly and professional. The one thing that stands out about Salem Heating, Scott and the guys will go whatever distance to provide quality service with their only goal making you the customer happy with their product and their service!!! And the new heating unit...WOW!!! So much better than the original unit and it all started with a great guy who came and inspected our current system at the time and then "explained" all the choices we had in a new unit. Once decided they then helped with the Costco discount as well as the tax rebate form needed for our taxes. Simply put...totally happy!!!

    Great company to work with

    Replaced our furnace in our home. From beginning to end, they were great. Not only were they the best value, but they were always early, they were communicative, and even explained every step of the way. I also appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me unnecessarily. I mentioned the next best furnace, and he explained why it wouldn't be necessary or cost-effective. Each person was friendly, and made us feel at ease knowing it would be done right. Even the electrician who came out afterward, from an unrelated company, had great things to say about them.

    Great Service wonderful people

    I had to write you a note and tell you how wonderful our experience was with Salem Heating & Sheet Metal. From the beginning to the end of this job. I have to say I was dreading just having to get a new furnace and air conditioner. From the very first time we met Kyle with all of his enthusiasm and salesmanship we were sold. Then to Ed he was so great at mapping everything out so organized so impressed with him. Then we get to Josh Stone and Mike Cordova those two guys had a challenging job to do. I can not express enough these guys worked from the time they showed up to when they left we had three days of this. I was so impressed with these guys I don't even think they took a lunch. When Ed called and said he would have to send two other guys to finish to be honest I thought oh no I hope they are as good. Although they were not here but tops two hrs on Monday Mikael Sloane and Jakob Miller did a great job of getting it done. Now I have to get to Scott Lineburger what a great person he is. He made sure I understood everything about the Costco rebate and our Energy Tax Credit. <br /> <br /> I hope you realize what a great group of people you have working for you. I will recommend Salem Heating & Sheet Metal to all my friends and family. Thank you again for making this job at our home a pleasure.<br /> <br />

    Outstanding product, salesman, and service

    Salem Heating is completely customer driven and one of the very few businesses that I've experienced who is so dedicated to their word. I am converting from oil to gas and started with a furnace; i will use this company to slowly but surely convert all my home heating/air/water/and appliances to gas. I wish there were more stars available.
