Disappointed!
We called Wednesay 11-27-13 because our furnace had gone out and needed someon to come take a look at it. We were told to leave a voicemail for Jason in the service depratment. We never recieved a phone call back. Follwing the Thanksgiving weekend we called again to schedule a time for someone to come take a look at our furnace. We were told that someone would be available Monday 12-9-13 between 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Nobody showed up. We called and were told to leave a voicemail for Jason. We were dumped into the voicemail to find out that the mailbox is full, and the call was ended without being able to leave a message or speak with a person. We called back just to find out if we were on the schedule. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes Jason called my cell phone (not the line I was waiting on hold for) to inform me we are on the schdule for Tuesday. What? Horrible customer service and we will be enduring another night of freezing temperatures.
