Best in Class Service and Overall Value.
I wanted to take time to let you know how much I enjoyed having your firm do our new heating system, we had unusual requirement, Wood Furnace, and steam humidifier, all working together with a heat pump, this system works better than I could have imagined, Steve Markham came out and did an estimate and suggested some improvements, that have since made a huge difference in the comfort of the home and despite adding this extra work that other firms did not mention the bid was less than the other two bids by over a 1000 dollars, the steam humidifier and the wood furnace worked beautifully, the Installers, I believe Ed and Mike did a fabulous job, what professionals, they added dampers, throughout the system so it could be balanced for the way our home is built, I can't say enough about these people and the company they represent. I Highly recommend Salem Heating for any heating or air conditioning job.
