The joint venture I work for hosted a Reception and the service received from your staff was stellar and beyond. Very attentive to detail and always with a smile and a willingness to remedy whatever we needed. We have used the facility many times for Holiday parties, etc. and always get the best service. Thank you all, and yes we will recommend you to anyone needing a 5 Star venue.
Munir, convention center waiter, went out of his way to help me. Because of medical condition I am very limited what I can eat and there was a mix up about needing special food for lunch. Munir went way out of his way to help me. He worked with chef/cooks and his superiors to work out something for me. Munir is outstanding, superb customer service and out reach. He even refused a tip. I am so impressed with Munir's service, help, compassion, communication, problem solving. THANK YOU Munir very, very much!!!! THANK YOU
