Great service and food, the parking is a bit of a challenge for all of our farmers with there pickups. And the price for the complete meeting is a bit spendy.
Every year Portland Community College hosts a luncheon as part of our PCC Day at the Capitol event and we have it at the Salem Conference Center. The staff are great. They will bend over backward to accommodate special dietary needs or weird set-ups. The food is excellent and the overall costs are so reasonable. I love this place!
Our Company held our first ever event here and it went seamless. The room was set up perfectly and every staff employee we spoke to went out of their way to assist. The Italian Buffett was outstanding. Our guest loved the food and again the servers were so friendly and helpful. We will most certainly hold another event here sometime soon. Thank you for assisting in such a successful day!
We host one of our annual conferences here and the venue never disappoints. Staff is friendly, quick to help out in anyway and very accommodating to changing needs. Very spacious foyer to hold our exhibitors and large and small rooms for breakout sessions. We come back every year beacuse of the quality of the facilites and the incredible quality of the staff. We get many compliments from our attendees on the food served as well. I never need to worry about having a succesful conference when I am at the Salem Convention Center.

This is the fourth year our law firm has held our annual Ag Summit at the Salem Convention Center and again we were extremely happy with the venue and the service. Each year the tech support by Julia is a show-saver. This year a presenter requested at the very last minute to include an audio feed as part of her presentation. Julia was unflappable and calmly made it happen. The audience and the speaker were very happy; so was I! Tina was great to work with in helping me coordinate the event and Yo kept the catering aspects running smoothly. Everyone was friendly, professional and very good at what they do. Thank you again! My experience with Salem Convention Center couldn't have been better! The staff was super helpful, friendly, and quick. At all points of the process from deciding when, where, what my party would entail to the very end and billing they proved themselves to be customer service oriented and very helpful. I would highly recommend them and consider using them for a future event as well.
The staff make scheduling a meeting a breeze. The room was set up perfect for our presentations and the food was delicious. Everyone was very helpful & friendly. No complaints!

Hands down the best venue for a wedding! All my guests complimented our reception all night and talked about the amazing service that the staff provided. I felt like a princess! They fulfilled my last minute requests with absolutely no hesitation. I was soooo impressed with how everything turned out. The staff at SCC assured me from the beginning that they would make our night one to be remembered forever and that they did!!!

This was my first time using the Salem Convention Center and I was beyond impressed. Any issues I had with making changes to our event was handled with a smile and very promptly. I was told "we don't like to say no here". Everyone was professional, friendly, and very responsive.
Staff did an a outstanding job to provide for all of our requests. They were there in th key manner to make adjustments and our guests were so impressed with the meal and the service. Rib eye was outstanding!
Our conference was a 2 day event. The Salem Convention Center and their staff did an amazing job in addressing our requests and needs. Their technology staff always goes above and beyond. Thank you SCC for making this one of our best events.
I never have to worry about anything once I'm on-site at the Salem Convention Center. The banquet and set-up staff are extremely responsive to any request I have.
Our Portland Triumph Owner's Association held its annual All Triumph Drive In at the Salem Convention Center last weekend. The customer service to our 200+ attendees was outstanding. From the early 6am car wash station they set up to the wonderful Saturday evening banquet .. everything was handled very professionally. Thank you for helping to make our event a huge success!
