Trusted by 4 placesThanks for another stellar meeting for my group! Lots of attention to last-minute changes and the food was outstanding. Staff genuinely cares about the success of your event(s). Rooms at the Grand Hotel are spacious and well appointed. Happy to say we'll be back for future meetings.
D'Avonie on the Sales and Catering staff made life easy! We needed some clerical help, and D'Avonie meet and exceeding our expectations! She took the pressure off by helping so quickly and efficiently, so we could concentrate on our presentation. What a relief to have the help! Excellent customer service, and a great person to work with. Thank you!!
Can’t say enough about the team at the Salem Convention Center supporting our annual conference this week. They happily did everything possible to ensure a successful event. Clive specifically was gracious enough to let me interrupt him ad nosium and every time he smiled and helped me with anything I needed. Thank you.
