Had our business meeting here recently. Everything was set up just as we wanted and needed. The food was wonderful and the staff that was with us all day were very professional and prompt with whatever we needed or asked for. A great experience overall!

The entire staff at the convention center did a fabulous job. They were quick to respond to any last minute changes. They were eager to help. They were friendly, professional, and a wonderful group to work with. Hosting a fundraiser can be stressful and working with the convention center as the venue reduced my stress tremendously! I can’t recommend this organization enough. They went above and beyond to help and support our event!!!!!

The Salem Convention Center staff was outstanding. They have hosted the Hispanic Heritage Month Breakfast celebration for 10 years now and they have been outstanding the entire time!

this is a beautiful facility with lots of potential to host many events. the only two things I wish could change... parking is super limited so if it is a big event you may be walking from a ways away. and it is a union...More
