Good sized rooms for meetings, on site parking, okay catering but the building and interior are dated, stale and need a serious updating.

I go to a lot of convention centers, not only as a customer, but as an organizer. This convention center is among the top two or three in the country. Highly recommend placing your event here if you want professional service and nice facilities

Thank you to Salem Convention Center who helped to make our event a success. Brendan and Virginia were a pleasure to work with along with their teams. Brian made A/V look simple. The kitchen produced meals and snacks that wowed our guests and kept everyone fueled throughout the day. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and caring environment. THANK YOU! Kasena D.

Thanks to the incredible staff at the Salem Convention Center, our annual convention was our most successful and highly praised event in recent years. The level of service they provide is second-to-none. The staff is courteous, warm and helpful. I would highly recommend using the convention center for all your conference, convention and event needs.
