Speedy service
I brought my Aliner popup in for wheel bearing and brake inspection/service. Being a small job it needed to be worked in with larger jobs on other RVs. I expected to wait several weeks for the job to be finished but it was done in 2 days! Ricks does not sell Aliners but has done non-specific repairs on other Aliners I have owned and installed hitches and brake controllers for me in the past. I highly recommend their service and parts depth.
Nick is an awesome salesman, he helped us tremendously plus he is very knowledgeable of the products he sells.
Everyone at Ricks RV has been nothing but helpful at all times. Marty your service advisor was always there to help me and to answer all my questions, he made sure all the insurance situations where taken care of.
Your tech's Tom and Pat did a wonderful job of putting everything together and making sure everything was working properly.
Your service technician Nick was fantastic in getting me setup with the proper height of my hitch and helping me know how I should adjust it in case of a change in the way my vehicle should ride.
All in all your personnel at Ricks RV have been the Best.
My only complaint is about the Statecraft AR-ONE MAXX 30BHU. We have had a lot of issues with it from the start. But thanks to the people of RICKS RV everything was well taken care of.

I purchased a new truck cap from Brian N. The cap was ordered and was delivered within the time frame, size, custom color all options were correct. The installation date/time was set and the Tech 'Joe' did a great job. The cap fit like a glove. Joe explained the windows and ladder rack dos and don'ts. Great experience at 'Rick's.
JEFF DID FANTANSTIC
`We had water damage in our RV due to a damaged roof. Jeff helped us a lot while we made a claim with our insurance company. If it were not for Jeff's efforts on our behalf we would not have received a single dollar from our insurance company. The repairs on the roof were just what we needed for our situation.

Patience and servility
We were assisted by 3 employees when we had our emergency, Kevin, Dominick, and Jeff. All of them were patient with my wife while I tried to deal with issue. Kevin has gone above and beyond by letting us call him on his cell. It is lucky Jayco is sold by Ricks.

First class service and product knowledge
We have been buying r.v.s since 1998. We are on our 5th one since then. Everyone knows their products. Kevin has a lot of experience and knows what he selling. Marty in service will bend over backwards to help.
Pickup topper
Had topped removed from one truck reinstalled on new truck (400$ ) Did not take the time to line it up This Was my 4th purchase from here. was not very happy.
Repairs made Easy.
We smelled propane so we went about finding the source of the leak. My Husband Jim discovered it was the propane pressure regulater leaking (It was more of constant hiss). We called Rick's as we have a permanent site and had just gotten back from a trip and were now perfectly level. Well they allowed us to bring the part in and replaced it with out any hassle. Awesome customer service from Jeff and Ken. I am very happy we choose Rick's.
Love my new Jayco Greyhawk I purchased from Ric's RV
Thanks to all the folks at Ric's for making my purchase or my new 2017 Jayco Greyhawk 29MV such an enjoyable experience. Especially helpful was Dave Whalen, Sales Manager. This was my first purchase of a motorhome and I was a bit intimidated but Dave gave me the confidence to go for it. I picked up my RV in April and have been traveling ever since. From Joliet to Dyersburg, TN to Texarkana, TX to Galveston, TX to San Antonio, TX to Albuquerque, NM, to Colorado Springs, CO to Estes Park, CO to Aurora, CO and I'm not done traveling yet. No problems at all with my RV. Dave bent over backward to help me with every question I had about my rig. Learning to hook up a dolly and load my car was my biggest fear. The Demco KarKaddy SS Dave recommended I purchase is perfect for me and my car. This is such a great experience. Wish I had done it years ago!
Dissatisfied and Disappointed
Sales Dept is really good, service dept is dishonest and misleading. Did not follow through on what I was told wa included and when I picked my camper up, the vent in the bathroom was left open in the rain and the port for the plug was broken. It was replaced before I left.

Very easy going , courteous and knowledgeable crew.
Bought a new travel trailer from Joe. Found a minor water leak from bathtub when flushing out antifreeze. They had me come in an hour before they opened to fix the leak. Shortly after they opened to the public, I was on my way with my leak fixed. They are just all around great people willing to help you with with any issue or question. I will be recommending Ricks to everyone from now on.
Outstanding Dealership
We recently took possession of our second Jayco product, the first was a popup, we've upgraded to a travel trailer. Jeff Pilon was our salesperson for both units, Jeff was exceptionally easy to work with, we believe that he was totally committed to satisfying our needs. Our experiences with the finance manager and the service department staff has been flawless, we are thoroughly satisfied with Rick's RV Center and are proud to recommend them to others.
Excellent business practice
Bought our pop up tent here few months ago and after our first trip we had a tire problem. We emailed Paul our issue and without any hassle and hesitation, asked us to bring the tire back to them so they can looked at it. Few days later, we got to set of brand new tires for free. True definition of great customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This is our 2nd Jayco purchase from Ricks! We have had excellent sales and services. I cant say enough of how good they have been to us. From prompt attention to warrenty work to "user error" they have been right there alone side us to get our situations resolved and get us back to RVing quickly!
We really like our new 5th wheel and wont hesitate to use them for all our service work, recommend them to other RVers and when the time comes purchase another RV from them!
