We had some warranty work done on our 31' Precept [class A] plus an oil change and our service writer Jeff followed the work up with the men in the garage and the work was done right and made us happy campers. When we go into Ricks RV we almost feel like part of the family. They treat us right starting with Paul the salesman who sold us the rig, all they way through to service to the men in the garage. Just thought I'd drop a quick line to Thank all of Ricks staff for the easy transition of trading in our old and purchasing new. Paul, our salesman was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable of the product(White Hawk 27DSRL)and not overly pushy, which is what I like. We originally came in to Rick's to look at a White Hawk 24RKS, didn't like it, not what we expected. Frustrated we decided to go to the show. Entering the show we went to Rick's first. Ran into Paul and he showed us the 27DSRL. We were both sold, but we did want to look, plus we were talking to the competitors. After spending just a few short hours we returned to Rick's, searched down Paul, and purchased the 27DSRL. Funny how things happen. I told Paul the first day we came to Rick's and didn't buy that we might be back. Thanks to the crew who cleaned the unit spotless prior to leaving, the Tech ( sorry his name escapes me) who gave me the demo, Jim in financing, for making it all so easy. Rick's is number 1 with us! Bought our used Jayco pop-up at Rick's three years ago. Had so much fun, we decided to upgrade. Went back to Rick's this month and Kurt (oursalesman) was just as helpful as last time. We got a great deal on a Jayco x23f. They made sure all our questions got answered and even gaveus a few extras, like a starter kit, with their special December sale.I feel like anyone I talk to there can be trusted to give an honest answer and they are committed to customer service.

We were in Joliet when the roof air conditioner on our Fleetwood Discovery started giving us problems. We stopped in the dealership, discussed the problem with Mike and were told to bring the motor home back the next day. We did and it was diagnosed. The part was ordered and arrived in 2 days. We brought the motor home back that day and the part was changed out immediately. We were in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. We were very happy with your service and have told others while on the road to contact Rick's RV if they need service in the Joliet area. The facility was immaculate and your friendly staff treated us like family. Thank you for your speedy service.

I can certainly attest to the fact that Jayco does indeed stand behind their product. I can also state that Ricks RV goes to bat for their customers. I am very glad that I didn't try to save a few bucks buying a lesser brand or from an "internet dealer". It is fortunate that Ricks RV and Jayco stand behind their product and take care of their customers. We are looking forward to another camping season in our Jayco RV from Ricks and will continue to recommend Jayco and Rick' RV with high regard. You guys run a first rate operation!!
