Just thought I'd drop a quick line to Thank all of Ricks staff for the easy transition of trading in our old and purchasing new. Paul, our salesman was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable of the product(White Hawk 27DSRL)and not overly pushy, which is what I like. We originally came in to Rick's to look at a White Hawk 24RKS, didn't like it, not what we expected. Frustrated we decided to go to the show. Entering the show we went to Rick's first. Ran into Paul and he showed us the 27DSRL. We were both sold, but we did want to look, plus we were talking to the competitors. After spending just a few short hours we returned to Rick's, searched down Paul, and purchased the 27DSRL. Funny how things happen. I told Paul the first day we came to Rick's and didn't buy that we might be back. Thanks to the crew who cleaned the unit spotless prior to leaving, the Tech ( sorry his name escapes me) who gave me the demo, Jim in financing, for making it all so easy. Rick's is number 1 with us! Thank You!!!!

    Warranty service

    Rick’s service department was terrific after purchase in April 2019 (Tech - Darryl) and also during our first return visit for warranty work in November. Diane (service writer) and Pat (Tech) did a thorough and quick turn around once all parts were received from manufacturer(s). Diane kept us up to date on where our unit was in the process and what the next steps would be. They completed everything that was requested and were a pleasure to work with.

    Purchase & Service

    I purchased a Jayco Travel trailer back in Oct. of 2019 from Paul @ Ricks RV Chicago. Paul in sales and the finance officer that attended us were extremely helpful and hassle free . A couple months went by and with the RV being our 1st we had multiple trouble shooing and standard operational questions from week 1. All our questions and concerns were addressed and resolve successfully by the service dept. A big shot out and thank you for Diane and the Tech Jeremie for being awesome

    Service

    Everyone was great from buying the new pop up camper, to some minor repairs. Treated very good. Would highly recommend going to Ricks for all your camper needs.

    Excellent Buying and Installation Experience

    I recently purchased a Ranch Lid for my Silverado, during the purchase Brian was excellent explaining the options available and time frame for delivery since it was painted to match my truck. Excellent communication throughout the entire process, I also purchased Swing-away Cases for under the lid. I installed the cases myself prior to the lid’s arrival. The installation by Nick was professional and quality workmanship. I could not be more pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommend this dealership.
