Jc is amazing doing our remodel at McDonald’s and is very kind and helpful. We could not open our store do to technology issues on our end and he went out of his way and helped us troubleshoot got our store opened he is awesome.
Remodeled more than one location. On time, good work and communicated well . We will use them again!!
I called Rich Duncan for a bathroom remodel, down to the studs. To make a long story short, after someone came out to look at the site and my telling them I wanted to move forward, they basically blew me off. After I called them a couple of times in the next few weeks and after being told both times that they would follow up… I got nowhere. I don’t feel that I should be expected to shell out what is a lot of money to me while at the same time making all the effort to make this happen. Very disappointed
Wonderful oversight of a residential project that included roofing, concrete, and construction. They were willing to help work with HOA architectural committees and completed a quality project in the end. Thanks!
Working with the Duncan Construction team was nothing short of exceptional. They were professional, and very responsive to every concern we had along the way. When unplanned items arose, as happens with any project, they were always fair and worked with us to find solutions that were equitable to all parties involved. I look forward to our next project requiring their services.
Once again Rich Duncan Construction did a fantastic job on time and in budget for our most recent project replacing our entrance doors and hardware. From start to finish their team was professional and on point. Our Club was open to business during the project and they worked around our members and guests allowing for no interruption in our day to day operations. Although this project was much smaller in regards to size, scope, and cost than our Fitness Facility remodel they did for us they treated it with the same importance. I highly recommend Chad and the Rich Duncan team.

We had Duncan Construction complete a remodel project and redesign of the exterior of our restaurant, and included an extensive amount of site work as well. The guys at Duncan were great to work with throughout the entire process. Project Forman/Superintendent Jeff Scerini was exceptional. His knowledge of all aspects of construction, attention to detail, and follow up truly helped make this a great experience. If you have the need for a commercial contractor, Rich Duncan Construction should be your first call!
I can’t say enough about how great of a job Duncan construction has done. I have used them 5 times now to remodel 5 of my 6 restaurants and don’t have 1 thing to complain about. Whether your dealing with Scott, Chad, DJ, or Leonard, they will listen to your wants & needs and go above & beyond to ensure your happy with the finished product. Rich Duncan construction has been doing remodel projects for me since 2013 and I keep coming back to them for their reliably outstanding performance. The work on these projects is done completely after business hours and they make sure that everything is ready for business each morning. RDC is my go to partner for successful projects and I highly recommend them.
We purchased in older office building with a vision of what it could be. Rich Duncan Construction came in and brought that vision to reality. They were very professional and communicative throughout the entire process, and the end result was a stunning new office building that we're especially proud to call our work home! Duncan Construction made our vision their vision, and it showed in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. Special shout out to Nate Cooke and Dan Ashby for walking us through the whole process and journey. Second time in a year that Duncan has completed a remodel project on time and on budget. Mike Eggleston was a great project manager who kept a very neat and organized work environment and showed a truly vested interest in making sure my business was impacted as little as possible.
First Construction company I've worked with; not really able to compare with others. However, the commitment to quality is obvious. Steve Eggleston has helped me through the entire process, sharing his knowledge and experience along the way. Michael Richard handled the logistics and went out of his way to find solutions to problems. Both of these guys gave time and input on other tasks not even in their scope of work. Bottom line: Very professional, helpful and dedicated to quality service.
After 30 years in the food industry and many projects including new buildings and remodels I can say the project I recently completed with Duncan Construction was my best experience yet. Deadlines were met while communication and problem solving was top notch. I would especially like to call out John Sladick, project manager for a great job. He was sensitive to my customers needs as well as my personal concerns. I look forward to using Duncan again in the future.
I had the pleasure of working with Chad Elliot and Leonard Brubaker on the demolition and rebuilding of my McDonald's Restaurant located in Ontario, OR from August 1 thru December 11, 2017. I say it was my pleasure because I found the the service they provided me to be outstanding and extremely professional.<br /> <br /> This was an extremely difficult rebuild because of how "hot" the commercial and residential construction environment is in the Treasure Valley/Boise, ID area. Chad was unable to get the necessary <br /> sub-contractors to bid my job via the phone, so he went the extra mile (literally) and came to Ontario, OR to knock on the doors of sub's to bid the job. After only finding a couple of sub-contractors that were even willing to bid the job, he was able to get some of his regular sub's out of the Eugene area to bid and complete the work. <br /> <br /> Leonard was my on site Supervisor and he did an outstanding job coordinating all the sub's so that the restaurant was completed for me within the four month time table that was set for this job. We reopened the restaurant on Wednesday December 6th, only missing our original target date of December 1st because of some delays caused by Thanksgiving holiday scheduling issues with beverage equipment and POS equipment installation, both issues that were not in his area of responsibility.<br /> <br /> I would highly recommend Rich Duncan Construction for any commercial construction project. I will definitely look forward to my next project with Chad and Leonard.
Best commercial construction company to work with! Rich, Chad, John all did a superb job! From the start they came in below other bids, much below, they built everything in 4 months well ahead of schedule. As far as the change orders it was practically zero! They were patient and helped me understand every step of the process which helped not being in construction. Please call Coastline foot and ankle center if you are even considering building or remodeling. If you don't use them for your bids, that is ridiculous. I can never say enough great things about this whole process! Thanks for making my first development experience the best!
The Rich Duncan team really hit this one out of the park! HOA claims are usually very difficult with all the different owners but this went surprisingly well once Chad and his team became involved. Chad's communication (both with me and the owners) was great and the work was completed much quicker than anyone else. I look forward to working together again.
