Outstanding Rebuild of My McDonald's Restaurant

I had the pleasure of working with Chad Elliot and Leonard Brubaker on the demolition and rebuilding of my McDonald's Restaurant located in Ontario, OR from August 1 thru December 11, 2017. I say it was my pleasure because I found the the service they provided me to be outstanding and extremely professional.
This was an extremely difficult rebuild because of how "hot" the commercial and residential construction environment is in the Treasure Valley/Boise, ID area. Chad was unable to get the necessary
sub-contractors to bid my job via the phone, so he went the extra mile (literally) and came to Ontario, OR to knock on the doors of sub's to bid the job. After only finding a couple of sub-contractors that were even willing to bid the job, he was able to get some of his regular sub's out of the Eugene area to bid and complete the work.
Leonard was my on site Supervisor and he did an outstanding job coordinating all the sub's so that the restaurant was completed for me within the four month time table that was set for this job. We reopened the restaurant on Wednesday December 6th, only missing our original target date of December 1st because of some delays caused by Thanksgiving holiday scheduling issues with beverage equipment and POS equipment installation, both issues that were not in his area of responsibility.
I would highly recommend Rich Duncan Construction for any commercial construction project. I will definitely look forward to my next project with Chad and Leonard.
