The reconstruction of the fire damage was comrehensive and complete, from planning to staffing and materials selection. We are pleased with the quality of the work and the speed with which the reconstruction was carried out. A quality company with qualified people.we would recommend Duncan Construction, they deliver what they promise.
We experienced signifcant water damage in one of our condo complexes this winter. After a slow and painful process remediating the damage we were faced with a long and arduous repair process. RD Construction came recomended through our insurance adjuster and did an outstanding job with the repair work in each unit. They were responsive, concientious and worked very well with each unit owner and the insurance company. They completed the work on budget and four months sooner than we had originally anticipated. Highly recommend them.
We contracted with Rich for our new building remodel. His guys were always on top of things and took the stress off us dealing with permits and other typical construction issues. Weekly construction meetings via phone or in person and a personalized website dedicated to daily progress kept us in the loop every step of the project.<br /> <br /> Could not have asked for a better experience and will use them again in the future.

Duncan Construction just completed a major remodel of our commercial office building. They were great to work with & displayed excellent workmanship. They were challenged by having to work around our existing tenants & customers & never generated a complaint. They delivered a beautiful finished project on time & on budget. We will use them in the future & highly recommend them to everyone.
I wanted to write a review to say how much I appreciate Rich Duncan Construction as a whole, and how easy they make jobs run, but I also wanted to single out Nate Cooke - VP of operations. As a VP you could assume a person might get stuck riding a desk and a phone, while delegating all aspects of a job to key personnel. Nate is not that guy! He works hard on every project he is a part of - from the early budgeting, the changes needed to comply with codes and owners needs, From there, he is at multiple meetings and job walks, and has an answer for just about any trade related question, and if he doesnt, he will find out. Nate is also a very intense, on it, person. He puts the customer first, and expects everyone on the project to do the same - as a team. I have worked on projects with Nate for 5 years (as long as my bid is low of course) and I always look forward to seeing him at job walks and catching up. He is a very integral piece of the RDC team, and I am thankful for that.
Chad and his team know the importance of a timeline and get the job done! As a commercial real estate company - we have the opportunity to refer builders to our clients all the time. I had a car run into my gas station wall (again) and Chad handled everything, even dealing with the drivers insurance company. You can't tell there was any damage and the job was done on schedule and under budget. Thanks Chad and Rich Duncan!
I hired Rich Duncan Construction to do the tenant improvement work for Mega Markdowns in South Salem. Although the job got to be complicated due to some poor planning on my part, Nate and Michael from Rich Duncan Construction took care of every problem quickly. They kept me informed the whole time of the progress being made and the place looks great. I have used Rich Duncan before to do the build-out for Physiq Fitness and the work they did then was excellent as well. They are a top notch company and will continue to be my commercial contractor.

Not only did they do an excellent job before, during and after building our new dental office, they kept us smiling throughout the process. Knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and reliable, Nate Cooke, Dan Ashby and their crew were always professional. They were attentive to budget and design details, excellent about staying on schedule and diligent about communicating regularly and clearly with us. CHAOS would like to thank Rich Duncan Construction for our beautiful new consultation rooms and vestibule just added to our clinic. <br /> <br /> Rich Duncan Construction had quite a challenge! Our hours are from 8:00 in the morning until 8:00 in the evening, so they had to work during our very busy clinic times. All our staff and patients appreciated how quickly they worked and how respectful they were of our patients. They worked very hard to keep noise and dust to a minimum and complete the project on time. The end result is both beautiful and functional!

Nate Cooke and Dan Ashby of Rich Duncan Construction provided excellent customer service during a tenant improvement build out for Marion County who recently leased office space from Premium Property Management, Inc. Their interface between us, Marion County and contractors was seamless. Yes, there were a few bumps along the way, as typical with any construction project, but Nate and Dan made it as smooth as possible.
