My backyard fence looks beautiful. They did a wonderful job especially near the corner where a neighbor's tree roots were in the way of my old fence--fixed the fence so it looks very nice.

Aug 31, 2019 Beautiful!
I wanted a 14 foot span of white vinyl fence with a gate, added to the front side of my house. They perfectly matched the one they installed 4 years ago on the other side of my house. I now have a matching pair, and I love it! Thanks!

Aug 12, 2019 Handrails
We are a couple seniors with infirmities and aching joints that make it difficult to climb or descend stairs and steps, which we have to do at two places on our property. Outdoor Fence came in and worked with us to design rails for the two spots. They had a couple installers come out and the men placed the rails exactly as needed. We've been very happy with the handrails so far. One of them gets used multiple times every day and we are glad it's there.

Jun 7, 2019 custom railing installed
The railing we had installed took a couple times to get right, but once installed looks great and works well.
In the process of fitting the railing, a 6x2 chunk of the edge of our cement steps was broken off, plus 2 other smaller pieces. I reported it but was not offered repair or compensation so would only recommend Outdoor Fence with that caveat in mind.
Jun 6, 2019 Fence repair
Had rotten fence post that needed replaced. I had Lowes fence panels that also need to be replaced. They finished off my fence line. Nice Crew and did a nice job. They did GREAT work about 2 years ago, that's why I called them back. You won't be disappointed !!!!

Mar 21, 2019 Poor Customer Service
Called 2 months ago to get a price on having a residential driveway gate installed. Had to wait approx 1 month for Tony G. to come out to look at project and give us a price. However he never followed through. 3 weeks after he was here for the bid I called to find out status. He told me it is on top of his stack but he had to head out for more bids. He promised he would have the bid done next day. Well one week later and still haven't heard from anyone. I called two other out of the area gate companies. They came out within 2 weeks and both provided the bid within 14 days. Here is a statement from their website "Customer service is our specialty. We strive to insure our customers receive quality at a reasonable price." Sandy, in front office, was most helpful and responsive. Would not recommend this company unless you want to get strung along.

Mar 9, 2019 Efficient installation of a new fence
My existing fence was almost 20 years old and had suffered damage in a windstorm. Replacement of the fence was the best option. Outdoor Fence got started on the job sooner than originally anticipated and accomplished the work over two days of work one week apart. The job was done efficiently in cold and wet conditions. The new fence looks very good and is a great addition to the yard.

Mar 6, 2019 Excellent Workmanship / Service
The fence looks exceptional! I do recommend the metal post, I feel it's a stronger fence.
Thank you Ryan and John for a great bid and scheduling. And I'm sure that Dan and Leo must be your number 1 team! They worked so hard digging holes in the rain. Not everyone would do that!
Thank you so much!!

Feb 9, 2019 Great Service from Beginning to End
The same person who did the estimate produced a very good-quality drawing of the garden gate, which allowed us to see what it would look like and make a few changes. Then he sent a final drawing. Gate is beautiful wrought iron and installers were courteous and very skilled. They came back to do a little touch-up work right away. We are extremely pleased with the result!
