Our dealing with Outdoor Fence Co was excellent from start to finish. We wanted a decorative iron gate. We had some ideas of our own, and when we met with the company's rep, he added some ideas. After a few tweaks, we had the design we wanted and ordered the gate. Within about 3 weeks, the job was done. The installation was a little tricky, but the installers figured it out, and we are very pleased.
Outdoor Fence installed our backyard fence a year ago, and of course the first storm near our newly built home took down a tree that damaged two areas of the fence. I had been very pleased with the installation so of course went back to Outdoor for the repair. They were able to come out within a few days (I have 4 dogs so that was a big deal) and get me on the schedule within a week after the estimate. When the guys came out to do the work, it was raining, but that didn't stop them from completing the repairs. They also saw an issue with the gate that wasn't on the initial estimate, repaired that and didn't add to the cost! These are the people you want to take care of your fencing needs.
I had the fence installed in 2008, fence started to come apart boards falling off 4x4 rotted. 2015 they came and looked at the fence and admitted that the staples they had put in were not adequate and had no glue on staples, they replaced 21 boards and put a screw one on top and one on the bottom. Now the fence is falling apart, the cross 2x4s are rotting and not holding the screws anymore. I have paid over 3100.00 for all of this and now I have to have the fence redone all over again. Maybe I am just old, but I think a fence should last longe than what this one did. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Very efficient, helpful and pleasant. We were very impressed and grateful.<br /> Ryan was prompt and fixed the problem in minutes. The office staff were also very nice to deal with. Overall a very good experience and we won't hesitate to call Outdoor Fence in the future.

In May of 2014 I purchased electronic gates from this company for $10,000.00. They were hardly ever used. About 6 months ago we had a family get together and the young grand children were playing the yard. We thought, why not close the gates for safety. The didn’t work! After trying to troubleshoot it and having an electrician check it out briefly. I finally found the paper work and called them. The service manager returned my call and I asked how long the warranty was for the gates. He asked how long we had them and then said, the warranty is about a year. He said it would be 150.00 an hour to troubleshoot it and an additional 150.00 hourly trip charge (they are coming from Salem to Beaverton). They were much more accommodating when I was purchasing them. He recommended I find someone else closer. He was unprofessional and I strongly do not recommend this company!
Section of fence fell over and had to have the post replaced and the slates set back. Completed the after being on a waiting list for 4 months.
We contracted for a chain link fence with privacy panels. It looks really nice and everything went as planned. When I had a question, Sandy was there to either answer them or get me to the person who could. It is a fence to be proud of and they did a fantastic job.
This was our second fence done by Outdoor Fence (the first was ~25 years ago). Although we had slight problems (resolved to our satisfaction) with the schedule and one small area that required modifications, the overall result was outstanding. The appearance is outstanding and the quality of construction is wonderful. The staff was very helpful in working with us to create a fence that is a showpiece. I have recommended Outdoor Fence to our friends.
Thanks to Sandy, Ryan, Chris(Brad), Jeremy and all the great guys that worked on my marvelous fence. It's sturdy and beautiful and I'v had so many compliments on it.
