Lot's of mistakes made with my order in getting it done correctly. I will not use Optic 49 again. I do like my doctor (Dr. Nearhring) and will see him again in the future. I will take my prescription back to Costco next time.

Mataya is the best rep there is. She is extremely kind and knowledgeable. She goes out of her way to make everything so seamless, especially with how confusing insurance coverage and benefits can be sometimes. She is patient and personable. She goes through all the options so it benefits the customer. I appreciate her so much and always look forward to coming back because of her.
