Manna is the best bakery in town. I used to drive up to Portland to get yummy bread and baked goods because let’s be honest, Salem didn’t have a good bakery. But now that Manna is here, this is the spot to get those yummy treats. Their sourdough bread is delicious and it freezes nicely so you can stock up if you’re a bread addict like me. Their baked goods are phenomenal and always fresh. I can’t recommend this spot enough!
