Manna Bakery

Manna is the best bakery in town. I used to drive up to Portland to get yummy bread and baked goods because let’s be honest, Salem didn’t have a good bakery. But now that Manna is here, this is the spot to get those yummy treats. Their sourdough bread is delicious and it freezes nicely so you can stock up if you’re a bread addict like me. Their baked goods are phenomenal and always fresh. I can’t recommend this spot enough!

I love (seriously)arriving at a place and seeing a long line. That was the case this Saturday morning. I got plain and ham and swiss crossaints both were great. I'm going back soon to try the other baked goods. They also serve coffee. Ok service, but like i said there was a long line.

Oh...my...gosh...I've been waiting for a bakery like this in downtown Salem! I generally prefer savory pastries, and Manna did not disappoint! I got the olive pistachio croissant and the apricot, rosemary, and gruyere scone. My mouth is watering just talking about them!
